Our Spring Shows are this week! Please find your child’s schedule below as well as pertinent show information:

All audience members should enter through the elementary gates.
For parents of children in Rooms 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 9: Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to showtime to find your seat; it will be first come, first served seating. The classroom teachers will prepare your child for the performance. No need to pick them up from school early.
Children in Rooms 4, 5, 8, 10, 11 will need to be picked up at 3pm on the day of their show. Please return 30 minutes prior to showtime to drop off your child and find your seat. Children in these classrooms should come dressed in their costumes when they return to school.
We will use a paperless ticket system, asking parents to check in at the gate with one of our IvyCrest staff members. Tickets will be under your child’s name.
Please remember to administer a COVID Rapid Test the morning of the show to everyone who will be sitting in the audience. Please take a picture of the test (labeled with each person’s name) and be prepared to show it at the gate. If you are attending multiple shows, you will need a separate test for each show, unless the shows fall on the same day. Children who attend IvyCrest do not need to take/present a rapid test if they are performing or sitting in the audience. We do not require COVID tests for audience members under 3 years of age. All audience members ages 2 and above are required to wear a mask while on campus.
As school is still in session during our shows, please park at Searchlight Ministries located approximately 2 blocks east of the school. Please DO NOT park in our school lots or on any adjacent streets surrounding the school. Those with a disabled permit may park in either of our lots.
For families unable to attend in person, we will be live streaming the show on zoom. Please note, there will not be a recorded version of the show available.
