Enrollment Procedures

Applications are accepted throughout the year. However, placement shall depend upon the space available. From February 1st through March 15th of each year, the students currently enrolled shall have priority enrollment for the next school year. For optimum consideration of the upcoming school year, please submit your child's application prior to March 15th. 


At this time, we are able to accommodate tours by appointment only. Unfortunately, we will only be able to show the outside areas of the school and one model classroom for a closer look at our Montessori curriculum.


When you are ready to enroll, please complete the Application Form and email to aking@ivycrest.org. Once we receive your application, a Director will reach out to you to send and discuss the remaining fillable forms required for enrollment and contract. We will also be setting up three orientations: one with your child's classroom teacher, a school orientation, and a financial orientation. 


The orientation with your child’s teacher will be held prior to your child's first day at IvyCrest. The purpose of this meeting is to get to know the teacher and for her to learn more about your child. She will share information regarding the parent handbook, school calendar, curriculum, daily schedule, school uniform, and our classroom expectations. This is an excellent opportunity to discuss your child’s individual needs or ask specific questions about the classroom!


IvyCrest does require a school uniform for children in primary and elementary classrooms. Please see the Dennis Uniform website for more information about how you can shop virtually, and still get a perfectly sized uniform.
